The original refrigiration room used on the Baynesfield estate house exhibits of the Natal Vintage Tractor and Machinery Club.
The First Butter Factory in Natal
Joseph Baynes established the butter factory in 1899 and after a short-lived partnership with Natal Creamery he functioned independantly until his retirement.

The original homestead is home to the Antique Woodworkers Club and a Blacksmith.

Antique Sewing Machines
In the Old Cheese Factory there is a wonderful collection of antique sewing machines and a photographic record of the development of the Baynes House Gardens. Indians have always played a large part on the estate and there is a small collection of Indian items on display
